This Floating Heart pendant from Antwerp Diamonds is set with a single round brilliant-cut diamond weighing .03 carats. The heart-shaped pendant is dainty, with the 16” yellow-gold cable chain sliding through the back end of the piece. All pieces are set by master craftsmen.
